Data Deletion Instructions

If you have contacted KAGS Auto Dealers (KAGS Investments Ltd) through our website, WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram, and would like us to delete the personal information we hold about you, you can request this at any time using the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

Send us a deletion request using any of the following methods, including your full name and the phone number or email address you used when contacting us, so we can locate your records:

• Email: kyleskeete1@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
• Phone: call +1 (246) 828-3291

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, we will:

1. Confirm receipt of your request
2. Verify your identity so we don't delete someone else's information by mistake
3. Delete the personal information we hold about you from our systems and messaging platforms, except for any information we are legally required to retain
4. Confirm with you once the deletion is complete

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.

Information We May Need to Retain

Where you have purchased a vehicle from us, Barbadian law and our regulatory obligations require us to keep certain sales, financing, and identification records for a minimum period even after a deletion request. In that case, we will delete everything we are not legally required to keep, and let you know what (if anything) had to be retained and why.

Meta / WhatsApp Data

Deleting your data from our own systems does not delete your WhatsApp account or your data held by Meta. To manage or delete data associated with your WhatsApp or Facebook account directly, use WhatsApp's or Facebook's own account and privacy settings.
